I have appeared at many staff and board training days including TfL, the Housing Ombudsman and Arup, mainly covering lessons from the Grenfell disaster

Peter delivered an insightful and truly thought provoking session for our senior leaders. He delved into the detail in a way that bought to life elements of the inquiry that haven’t made the headlines but nonetheless are vital for the social housing sector to understand and ensure never happen again. Throughout the session Peter put the experience of the victims and families at the centre of his analysis. It was a powerful reminder that we must never forget that the decisions we make everyday have a huge impact on our customers.

I am an experienced and confident conference chair, and have performed the role at major events including the Housing Conference, Homes and the Centre for London's housing summit

Pete did a superb talk to 400 colleagues at our annual all staff event. He spoke passionately and powerfully about the issues, tailored his thoughts to the challenges facing our organisation, and offered ideas for the future to provoke discussion. He answered every question thoughtfully, and the feedback from colleagues has been amazing.
